Scope

The purpose of these two workshops is to help create a central hub for JoyFit World. This centralized hub will host existing and new content, to add more value to the business’ growing community that will eventually generate more leads and higher conversion rates as well as streamline your time so you can work more effectively on executing your overall vision.

The motivating factor that is the backbone of this business is to impact lives to some degree through movement and mental wellness.

What needs to be done?

Content Load: carve out 20-30 hours over the next month to upload new and existing content to your digital home joyfitworld.com

The content should be categorized for flow and ease to navigate. Consider creating an avatar with a fitness goal (using the most frequent challenge you’ve discovered over the years of training). This way you’ll be able to proactively answer their questions on where to begin etc. and create a path using the existing videos in your centralized hub that will create more value and a stickier effect.

This is a great setup for introducing paid access to prerecorded plans in the next 12-15 months.

Get ready by reviewing the number of videos (long form + short form (< 3 mins) and the type, nutrition or active/movement that you currently have in your toolkit.

Focus

What are the terms?

Get laser focus on just one item that you can market/sell to the JoyFit World community by a June 2022. Just one. The book you’ve been working on is perfect for this action item. If the release date works for you then you should start unfolding your marketing plan March 2022.

This means you’ll need to start working on your marketing plan at the top of the year 2022.

What can this look like?

One of the main goals of the central hub is to give your more control over your time so this phase should commence once items 1 and 2 are completed.

Start seeking and accepting paid speaking, coaching and adhoc type engagements where you can impact larger and newer audiences with your value. You’ll need a media kit and a source list.

You can start putting together a source list now in anticipation of this stage however, don’t start doing this item prematurely as it can impact your earning potential.

Having a more streamlined process and being a published author will positively impact your ask rate and scope of opportunities.
